Disconnect the mas flow sensor on air filter box and see if it still happens.
Hino 185 HELP
Hi I have a Hino 185 with a regular cab.
The truck has no power.
112,000 miles
When you go to take off from a stop it is acting like it is in 3rd gear. It has absolutely no low end at all. It will get up to highway speeds but it takes forever. This happens event though the truck is completely empty with no weight , just a flatbed with 2 empty tool boxes.
Truck has been at the dealer for 6 weeks.
Truck has had multiple expensive repairs done with no real change at all.
Replaced:
Injectors
Turbo
EGR Manifold
DPF Filter
Multiple sensors
All parts replaced were genuine Hino Replacements.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
