Hey @Fatttty! Did you approve for them to work on your brakes or did they ask you about it? If they didn't that's messed up that they did that.
Hino clutch repair process
Hi. I have a hino dutro 2001. 3 weeks ago the clutch gave out which wasnt surprising as it has always been a bit loose since we got the truck around 3 years ago. Otherwise truck was driving ok. Mechanic quoted $3500 to fix. However after was told they had bled the brakes too as 'part of the process' and then couldnt get the brake pedal working in the right spot. Long story shorter, now i believe they have changed all by brakes drums and pads and asking for $7500. Does this all stack up? Does changing the clutch require modifying the brakes too?
