Hey guys i’m trying to figure out how to change this fuel filter and how to prime it.

There is just what looks like a electric motor that says 12v on it where a manual pump usually is. Does that mean i replace the fuel filter open the vent caps and turn the ignition on to prime?
or do i fill what i can of bowl before screwing it on?

here are some pics any help is much appreciated. Is this the water seperator and there is another fuel filter? My hino dealer only gave me this one.

Did you figure this out yet?
Yea i did get it done.

went the usual route of simply refilling the canister with diesel put it all back together and cycled the key a few times before starting. Started right up without any type of bleeding or priming.
I’m sure there would be a way to prime the filter properly if anyone wants to chime in but the old school way works perfectly.
