Which engine and gearbox do I have?
Hi everyone, newbie here,
I have an engine block and cylinder head from an early Dutro, I think it's a 2001. I took it out of a burnt out truck so only the block, head and gearbox could be salvaged. It wasn't common rail, had a fuel pump with injector pipes. Can anyone give me information relating to what Hino's these parts may be compatible with. I'm pretty sure it's an SO5 4 cylinder non-turbo. I've attempted to sell the 5 speed gearbox a couple of times but it looks slightly different to later model i.e. on my box the bell housing bolts are internal and others I've compared it with have external bolts. Any help would be appreciated. Hino have very little info on the truck, maybe it's an import.
